1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Service Description
AlertForge provides tooling for creating stream alert assets, including generated media and hosted overlay links.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activities. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Billing and Credits
Paid plans and credit packs are billed through third-party payment processors. Credit usage rules, pricing, and plan features may change. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
5. User Content and License
You retain rights to your lawful content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver the service.
6. Intellectual Property
AlertForge software, branding, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer or reproduce the service except as permitted by law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
