All sales are final, except where required by law.
AlertForge does not offer voluntary refunds for credit packs, subscriptions, renewals, upgrades or generated assets. This includes change-of-mind requests and unused credits or subscription time. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other mandatory consumer laws remain protected.

Cancel through Billing before your next renewal and check the effective date in your cancellation confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a payment already made.

For a duplicate charge, missing credits or a failed delivery, contact support with your account email and receipt or project ID. We investigate verified errors and honour remedies required by law. Never send your password or full card details.
