Add the stinger as an OBS Stinger Transition, and upload alert videos to a widget that supports custom alert media, such as StreamElements or Streamlabs. Panels, emotes, and badges are uploaded to the relevant channel settings.

Animations download as WebM. Still scenes, cam frames, panels, labels, emotes, and badges download as PNG. Files designed with a transparent background keep that transparency. Panels export at 300 x 100 pixels, labels at 720 x 120, and emotes and badges at Twitch-ready sizes.

Yes. Use your graphics in OBS while streaming to any of the three. For follower, subscriber, or donation alerts, connect an alert widget such as StreamElements or Streamlabs to your channel and add your alert videos there. Emote and badge uploads depend on what your platform and account allow. Check your OBS canvas, widget settings, and stream encoding before going live; they affect how the files appear.

A template pack gives you an existing design to customize. AlertForge creates graphics from your idea, logo, or photo. You choose the look in a style sheet, then use it to create matching scenes, alerts, and channel artwork.

The $19 option adds 250 credits, enough for a few static or animated assets. The $39 option adds 570 credits, enough for a full animated pack at standard settings. The $49 option adds 800 credits, enough for a full pack with multiple revisions. These are flexible credit budgets, not fixed bundles of files: spend them across projects and creation tools. Different models, durations, and revisions change the cost, and you can always buy more credits.

No. Alerts are silent transparent WebM files, so you choose the sound in your alert widget (StreamElements, Streamlabs, or your platform's widget) and can change it any time. Transparent videos can include generated sound.

Credits pay for AI-generated style sheets, images, and animation. The amount depends on the asset, model, duration, and audio settings. The builder shows the cost before you confirm. New generations use credits; downloading or replaying an existing file does not.

Animated scenes are generated to loop for repeated playback. Because the motion is AI-generated, preview each loop before going live and regenerate the scene if you spot a jump. Panels, labels, badges, and emotes are still PNGs, so they don't need to loop.

Yes. Alerts are made in the stream assets builder: approve a free style sheet, then pick only the alerts you want from seven types. Add scenes, a stinger, panels, or emotes to the same project later if you like, and they will match. Every asset uses the same credit wallet, and the builder shows the cost before you generate.

Starter is $15/month for 240 credits, Pro is $29/month for 540, Max is $49/month for 1,080, and Ultra is $129/month for 1,800. These are credit allowances, not fixed pack counts. Every paid plan can create the same asset types, export WebM and PNG files, and connect an AI agent through MCP. Max and Ultra start new alert packs at 1080p. Max includes priority support, and Ultra includes personal support from a human designer.

Your plan's credits renew every month and don't stack, so each cycle starts with your full allotment. Credits you buy once, in a credit pack or a top-up, are different: they never expire.

Your projects and finished files stay available, but new AI generations pause until your wallet has enough credits again. Buy more one-time credits whenever you need them. No subscription is required, and purchased credits never expire.

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Purchased credits never expire. Subscription credits are held for 12 months after cancellation, so re-subscribing within that window restores access to them.

We don't offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds after digital credits have been added to your wallet or a digital asset has been supplied. This does not limit consumer guarantees or other statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Duplicate or unauthorised payments, failed delivery, and other billing or service errors are assessed case by case, with a refund or other remedy provided where required by law. If a credit-funded render fails, times out, or is declined by a model safety filter, its reserved credits are returned to your wallet automatically. That is a credit restoration, not a cash refund. Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, prorated, and you get the new tier's credits and features right away. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date so you don't lose time you've already paid for.
