How much do I actually keep?+
On a $5 alert, AlertForge takes $0.75 + 10% = $1.25. You keep $3.75. Stripe fees are included — no hidden cut.
When do I get paid?+
Stripe Connect pays out to your bank daily by default (you can switch to weekly/monthly). No 30-day hold, no $100 minimum.
Does this work with OBS / Streamlabs / StreamElements?+
Yes — the overlay is a single browser source URL. Drop it into any OBS-compatible setup. Works alongside your existing alert box.
Can viewers troll me with weird prompts?+
Every prompt goes through OpenAI moderation before render — slurs, real-person targeting, NSFW, and violence all get auto-rejected. The viewer is asked to try a different prompt at no extra charge. And because alerts only fire while you're live, you decide when the room is open for new ones — pause any time from the dashboard.
Twitch, YouTube, Kick — which platforms?+
The overlay itself is platform-agnostic — any streaming setup that supports browser sources works. Live-status detection is Twitch-only today; YouTube and Kick are on the roadmap.
What if my viewer never gets to fire their alert?+
They bookmark their alert link and fire on any future stream — no expiry. If you leave AlertForge before they fire, we refund them automatically.
Do viewers need an account?+
No. Guest checkout via Stripe, emailed link to manage/fire their alerts. Zero friction.
Can I pause alerts mid-stream?+
Yes — one toggle on your dashboard blocks all firing until you resume. Existing alerts stay bookmarked; nothing is lost or refunded. Use it for emotional segments, breaks, or raids.
