Your plan's monthly credits refresh each billing cycle — they don't stack month to month, so every cycle you start with your full allotment. Credits you buy in a one-time top-up pack (Mini, Boost, or Bulk) never expire and stack on top of your plan.

You can still use the full template and overlay tooling — just no AI renders or overlay-pack generation until you have credits again. Active subscribers can top up with a one-time credit pack (Mini $5, Boost $15, or Bulk $35) directly from the dashboard. Otherwise wait for your next monthly grant.

Annual plans: 14-day full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days no refund, but you keep access until the term ends. Monthly plans: non-refundable once a billing cycle starts. Yes. Upgrade any time — the change is prorated and you get the new tier's credits and features immediately. Downgrade takes effect on your next billing date so you don't lose paid-for time.

A reusable combination of logo, colour palette, typography, and motion preset that the AI applies to every render — both stream alerts and Animated Overlay Packs share the same kit. Starter does not include brand kits. Pro gets one brand kit; Max gets multiple; Ultra gets per-client brand kits for agencies.

It's the maximum number of AI alert renders you can trigger in 24 hours: 8 on Starter, 20 on Pro, 40 on Max, 100 on Ultra. The cap protects against credit-drain in a weekend. Animated Overlay Pack generation is rate-limited separately (per-element) but isn't counted against the daily alert cap. If you need higher caps, contact us for an Ultra+ deal.

Yes. Animated scenes export as transparent WebM with VP9 alpha. Static panels and labels export as PNG, sized 300×100 (Twitch panels) and 720×120 (lower-thirds). Cam frames are transparent PNGs you drop over your webcam capture. Add each as a Browser Source or Image Source in OBS and your overlay layer composites over gameplay with no green screen.

Yes. AlertForge uses the Veo 3.1 family (Lite on Starter, Fast on Pro, Veo 3.1 on Max + Ultra). Every version generates audio jointly with the visual frames — foley, ambience, and incidental music come bundled, not stitched on after.

Audio-on isn't free for us — it's a 1.5× multiplier we pass through. Veo bundles audio at no extra Vertex AI charge, but audio renders get used disproportionately for monetisable alerts (donations, big subs), so the multiplier protects margin on heavy use.

Viewer Alerts is the Stripe Connect–powered feature where viewers can pay $5+ tips that trigger a custom AI alert on your overlay. Available on Max and Ultra plans. Viewer payments are not subject to your monthly credit balance — the viewer pays for the render, and you receive the tip minus Stripe fees via Stripe Connect Express.

No — the Veo 3.1 video models (used for alerts) and Kling Video v3 Pro (used for overlay-pack animation) are generative. The same prompt produces visually similar but not pixel-identical results across renders. Use the Remix feature to iterate on a render you already like rather than re-prompting from scratch.

Yes. The transparent WebM output is identical regardless of which platform consumes it — OBS, Streamlabs, Lightstream, StreamElements all render the same alpha-channel pixels.
